My husband and I had a pretty good idea what type of bed we wanted and had specific needs (needed to work with an adjustable frame). Diana was very knowledgeable and helpful and showed us a variety of possibilities, (with and without extra toppers) without any high pressure to "up-sell" us. That was greatly appreciated. We ordered it and it arrived a couple days later, even earlier than the scheduled time (they had contacted me first and told of their earlier arrival time). Delivery men were clean and courteous and very helpful getting the new mattress on and wrapping up the old mattress and bringing it to my garage to store. Mattress is exactly what we wanted and I highly recommend Brothers Bedding. We'll buy any future mattresses from them.

I am a very dissatisfied Brothers Bedding customer. The sales agent did not do his job, and I am left to deal with it. If you should purchase anything from this firm, do not deal with Trevor. I have not been treated properly. Marty Bass owns this firm and I would like to speak with him, voice communication. My spouse and I have bought mattresses from Brothers several times, and this is the first time I was not treated properly.

It was such an easy, pleasant experience shopping at Brothers Bedding for a new mattress. The mattress we purchased is of outstanding quality. And the box spring was an added bargain. No pressure, just great people, both in the showroom and making the delivery.

This was the best experience we have ever had when buying a need mattress. Trevor actually took the time to tell us about each bed and gave us plenty of time to lay and actually get a feel of the beds we were interested in. Most DEFINETLY recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress!!

Bought a very expensive mattress 3 years ago, filed a warranty claim 6 months ago. On a mattress that they claimed had a lifetime warranty. They also agreed that it was a valid warranty claim. Now they have jacked us around for 6 months and say they can't help us!

I had heard good things about Brothers Bedding. I went into the Sevierville Store looking for a new mattress. Krista was very nice and knowledgeable. I told her what I needed and was looking for. She listened and then recommended mattresses that would offer support. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend brothers especially the Sevierville store.

Jesse at Brothers Bedding was very knowledgeable and patient. We feel good about our purchase and all the product support they give after purchase. We like that is is locally manufactured in Knoxville. The 365 day sleep guarantee and the ability to have the bed adjusted if needed after purchase.

My husband and I went to the Callahan location and met with Vic. He really knows his beds!! He listened to our desires and guided us to our new mattress!! He was very patient and waited on us to get a proper 'feel' for the mattress. He answered every question and made sure all our needs were met! I'd recommend to anyone shopping for the perfect bed.

Our salesperson was friendly and helpful. He helped us find a product that met our needs by recommending a non-standard item. We are very satisfied with the product, sales, and delivery. The drivers showed up on time and were very friendly. They interacted with my three-year-olds whose mattresses where being delivered and made the experience exciting and fun. I would definitely purchase locally again from Brothers Bedding.

My experience at brothers bedding was absolutely impeccable. Eric Laviolette my salesman was the best. His knowledge of bedding along with his kindness was great. He takes his career to the max. I have never meet a person who is so customer driven who is so compassionate towards others it was so refreshing.
