15 Nights to Great Sleep
You can rest assured you have selected the correct mattress set. Since your body has grown accustomed to your old, worn set, it is important to give yourself time to adjust. If after sleeping on your new set a minimum of 15 nights, you find it uncomfortable, Brothers bedding will adjust the comfort level (customize) one time at no charge (transportation excluded). This one-time adjustment is available during the first 60 nights after delivery. Additional customizations could be subject to extra charges, if necessary.

Caring for Your New Sleep Set
The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee requires that the new mattress be placed on a new box spring and sturdy frame. Today's thicker and heavier mattress sets require better frames; for instance, all queen or king frames must have at least one metal center support and at least five legs total. Steel frames such as models Q45R, Q761, K45R, and K777 are strongly recommended. Wood slats are not recommended; however, should these be used, we recommend a minimum of five legs and five slats total for queen or king sets.

The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to cover structural defects. However, today's mattresses are designed to conform to your body's contours. An impression of up to 1 1/2 inches is considered normal and is not a structural defect. To minimize these impressions, Brothers Bedding recommends rotating and flipping your mattress on a regular, monthly basis, unless the mattress was specifically designed as a non-flip.

The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee takes into account normal wear, but will not be applicable on any mattress or box spring that is soiled or has been subjected to obvious abuse. For that reason, Brothers Bedding strongly recommends the purchase of a quality mattress pad as well as Brothers Bedding Mattress Protection, especially for homes with young children or pets where accidents may occur.

No Refunds
Because Brothers Bedding has the capability of adjusting comfort levels and repairing any defects in the local factory, we do not offer refunds on any mattress or box spring purchase. The customer must provide transportation or accept freight charges to and from the Brothers Bedding factory location for repair or customization of the mattress or box spring.
