My line of work requires fairly extensive travel. Occasionally this work affords me the opportunity to stay in some of America's finest resort hotels. One such hotel had the most comfortable bed I had ever slept on, and being in the market for a new mattress set for my home, I inquired about the maker. As I suspected, it was a popular national brand mattress. What I didn't expect was the sticker shock that comes while shopping for the national brand - very expensive!

Ready to give up on my purchase, I heard a radio ad for Brothers bedding custom built mattresses so I thought I'd pay them a visit. I told the salesperson a little about the type of mattress I wanted and he knew exactly what to show me. Every time I mentioned something I liked or didn't like about the samples on the sales floor, he was able to show me something that more closely matched what I wanted. We spent the better part of an hour customizing the type of mattress I wanted from the base, to the soft, but supportive fill, even to the type of cover! If I were that salesperson, I would have grown tired of my constant barrage of questions and second guesses. To my surprise and pleasure, he said that's what custom built is about,  finding exactly what you want! The day's biggest surprise was the price I was given on the mattress I selected. It was- no joke- over a thousand dollars less than the national brand mattress I had slept on at the resort hotel. Brothers bedding built the mattress, warranted it, and delivered it to my bedroom within days of my purchase.

Now I can say with all confidence that my new Brothers bedding mattress is far and away the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. It's more comfortable than the hotel bed because it was built for me, exactly the way I wanted it. It's a mattress fit for America's finest resorts, but it's in my bedroom and it cost me thousands less.
